Mukerian: The Management Department of Modern Group of Colleges successfully organized "Savad Mahotsav", which aimed to provide a platform to students to showcase their marketing skills. The event gave students a unique opportunity to gain practical knowledge in running a small outlet, managing finances, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Organized by Prof. Sahil Ebenezer with the support of enthusiastic students from the Department of Management, the event featured various Different recipes of food were offered which are popular among the youth. 
The stalls showcased an enticing selection including Pani Puri, Kulcha, Dahi Bhalla, Mocktails and Bhalla which caught the attention of the audience. The event was inaugurated by Managing Director Dr. Arshdeep Singh, Chairman Surjit Singh and Mrs. Deepinder Kaur who encouraged the students and appreciated their hard work and creativity in organizing the food fest. 
Principal of the college Dr. Jatinder Kumar, Head of Department Mechanical Engineering Dr. Ranjit Singh, Associate Dean Mr. Sukhjinder Singh, Head of Admission Mr. Parvinder Singh, Head of Department Computer Science Dr. Appreciating this initiative, Kamal Kishore urged the students to use this platform to showcase their talent and entrepreneurial skills.
Students from M.Com, B.Com, and BBA programs actively participated and showcased their business acumen. The event not only allowed them to make a profit from their sales but also provided invaluable experience in customer service and product quality.
The event attracted a large crowd with many students, faculty members, and college staff enjoying the various offerings. Prof Jaspreet Singh Prof Navneet Kaur, Satwinder Kaur, Saloni, Simranjit Kaur, Mandeep Kaur were present to support the students. Professor Monika Rani, Meenakshi, Arshpreet Kaur, Salinder Singh, Jagmeet Singh, Mangat Singh, Rahul Thakur, Simran Sheikh, Sharan Goli, Aman Goli, Ravinder Singh, Tanveer Singh and other faculty members of the departments were present.
Meanwhile, Prof Sahil Ebenezer said that the "Swaad Mahotsav" successfully unleashed the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of the students, reinforcing the commitment of the Department of Management to provide practical experience. The management department will continue to organize more such interesting events in the future.
