On this occasion, he said that around five thousand sheller owners have already lost billions of rupees due to old stock. The speed at which the lifting of paddy is being done by the Punjab government and the central government, it seems that it will not happen even by next year. So there is no solution without struggles. He said that paddy is not the food of the people of Punjab. But the farmers of Punjab who are producing paddy for the country have exhausted the water of the state. Every year the farmer of Punjab is producing about 200 lakh tons of paddy.
He said that the farmers have to stage dharnas to sell the paddy in the market and get the money. On this occasion, Kul Hind Kisan Sabha provincial leaders Darshan Singh Mattu, Gurnek Singh Bajjal, Kirti Kisan Sabha leaders Kulwinder Singh Chahal, Harmesh Dhesi and Kulbhushan Kumar warned the government and said that if the government streamlines the purchase of paddy and lifting Arrangements not corrected Then a strong struggle will be started by all farmers' organizations.
