Patiala, September 10 - Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann presented state awards to teachers of the state on the occasion of Teacher's Day. Out of these 9 teachers belong to Patiala district is a big and proud achievement of the district. This was revealed by Deputy Commissioner Shaukat Ahmed Pare while meeting these teachers today.

Out of these 9 teachers belong to Patiala district is a big and proud achievement of the district. This was revealed by Deputy Commissioner Shaukat Ahmed Pare while meeting these teachers today.
Congratulating all these teachers, the Deputy Commissioner invited that it is an important responsibility of the teachers to restore the trust of the people towards government schools and he hopes that all the teachers of Patiala district are doing it well. He said that the proof of this is the honoring of 9 teachers of the district with state level awards by the Chief Minister.
Shaukat Ahmed Pare said that as better education is the top priority of the Punjab government, in view of this, state awardee teachers should make proposals to provide better infrastructure for education in their schools, for which necessary funds will be provided immediately. He also stressed on making all schools green schools. Among the state awardee teachers are Bhagwanpur Jattan School Principal Manohar Lal, Bhadson-2 Block Primary Education Officer Jagjit Singh, Fatehgarh Chhna School English Lecturer Komalpreet Kaur, Thuhi School Headmistress Paramjit Kaur, Civil Line School Science Teacher Gagandeep Kaur, Model Town Center Head Teacher Jaspreet Kaur, IT Assistant Teacher Narinder Singh of Lott School, ETT Teacher Anita of Alipur Arayan School and PTI Teacher Jaswinder Singh of Ulana School were specially felicitated by the Deputy Commissioner.
