Hoshiarpur - Punjab State Board of Technical Education, Chandigarh has started the online registration process for acquiring technical education in various technical colleges of Punjab state during the year 2024-25. Giving information in this regard, Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal said that a help desk has been established at Pandit Jagat Ram Government Polytechnic College, Hoshiarpur for the aspiring students. Students wishing to pursue technical education can submit their registration fee online without any additional charges at this help desk.
He said that students who have passed tenth can take admission in the first year of engineering diploma, while students who have passed ITI (two years), twelfth (vocational), twelfth (science) can take admission in the second year. He said that students who have passed twelfth (science) can also take admission in pharmacy diploma in the first year. Special duties of staff have been assigned on every working day to assist the students who wish to take admission in online registration. No charges are being taken by this college for typing and photo, signature and certificate scanning etc. for the above registration. Registration for the first counseling for online admission to the above courses can be done till 5th July 2024. After this, the choice filling for the first counseling can be done from 2nd July 2024 to 9th July 2024.
