Nawanshahr - Prof. Dr. Anil Kumar Nanda has taken over the post of Principal at KC College of Engineering and IT. Dr. Nanda said that he has done M.Tech from Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana and PhD in Civil Engineering from Thapar University, Patiala. He has nearly 20 years of teaching experience. 
So far, 26 of his papers have been published for reputed general journals and one paper has been awarded the best paper award in an international conference. A paper has also been published in the journal Nature as a book chapter.   He has served as Principal, Dean Academic, HOD, Controller of Examination, Engineer Consultant and other high posts in various colleges. They will do their work with full dedication and sincerity to brighten the future of college students. Dr. Nanda said that he will emphasize on oral as well as practical education in the college. 
KC Group Chairman Prem Pal Gandhi said that after Dr AK Nanda took charge as the principal of the college, not only the future of the students in the college will be bright but also the students will get an opportunity to get new technology education.   Campus Director Dr. Avtar Chand Rana said that after taking over the post of Dr. Nanda, there will be an increase in teaching, practical and job placement in the college.
