SAS Nagar, July 5- Birinder Pal Singh, a resident of Mohali, won bronze medal in shot put during State Athletics Championship 2025 held in Jalandhar. Playing in the men's shot put event, he won bronze medal by throwing 18 to 20 meters.
Birinder Pal Singh's father S. Balwinder Singh told that his son has been playing shot put for ten years and has won medals in shot put many times before. He is also studying law at Chandigarh University. He told that Birinder Pal Singh has won gold medals in all three seasons of Khelo India University and Khelan Watan Punjab Diyan.
