SAS Nagar, June 23- BJP Central Committee member Bibi Amanjot Kaur Ramoowalia said that this is the first time in the history of Punjab that the powers of a Chief Minister have been snatched away and given to an officer.
In a statement issued here, she said that Bhagwant Mann, who used to talk about bringing revolution with a green pen, has betrayed the three crore people of Punjab by placing his green pen at the feet of Delhi leaders.
She said that this is the first time that a Chief Minister has handed over important institutions like urban planning, GLADA, and JIMADA to a Chief Secretary, because these institutions are directly connected to the people and are related to people's lands and properties, which require a lot of sensitivity, and scams worth crores can happen in it. She said that the Delhi leaders demand that Punjab be looted somehow, and Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann handed over the interests of Punjab to Delhi leaders to save his chair.
He said that all this was done so that the Delhi team could loot the corporate houses as per their wish and demand. He said that such a change had never happened in Punjab before, as is happening now.
