Hoshiarpur- Senior leader of Bahujan Samaj Party, leading missionary spokesperson of Punjab, BSP Punjab General Secretary Bhagwan Singh Chauhan, former coordinator Jammu-Kashmir, Himachal, who spoke about the society with verses of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and logical arguments, is currently battling brain cancer.
The news of BSP leader Chauhan's brain tumor has become a matter of concern in the Bahujan Samaj. Those who love Shri Chauhan are praying for his recovery, who after getting tests done in hospitals like DMC, is getting treatment in Asia's most expensive Maidanta Hospital in Gurgaon. Shri Chauhan, who is currently battling a serious illness, needs prayers as well as the support of the Bahujan Samaj.
For Shri Chauhan, who always supports the society in its happiness and sorrow, it is the duty of the Bahujan Samaj and Punjabis to support him with body, mind and as much money as possible because getting treatment for brain cancer is not only not possible for the family of a BSP worker but is also a very difficult and tough task. It is worth mentioning that after retiring from the post of radio officer from the Navy, Bhagwan Singh Chauhan worked hard in cities like America, Italy, London and returned to India. In 1992, influenced by the movement for economic, social and political change of BSP founder Saheb Kanshi Ram, he joined the Bahujan Samaj Party and started working day and night, dedicating himself to BSP.
Assembly General Secretary, District President, General Secretary Punjab, Coordinator Jammu Kashmir and Himachal gave his services to the party on the orders of Shri Kanshi Ram and BSP supremo sister Mayawati. BSP leaders have also wished for Shri Chauhan's recovery and appealed to provide financial help to the family and have also given Shri Chauhan's account number.
