Chandigarh, May 27- The Punjab government will take the students who have topped the board classes on a trip. This entire journey will be by plane. During this time, they will be taken to a historical city so that they can learn something. The expenses incurred during this time will be borne by the Punjab government. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said this while addressing the stage while honoring the toppers of class 10 and 12 in Chandigarh today.
He told the Education Minister that now we have the budget. In such a situation, take steps in this direction. During this time, apart from the state toppers, the district toppers will also be included. He said that even if two planes have to be booked, there is no problem. He also said that in the coming monsoon session, all the toppers will be given an opportunity to visit the Vidhan Sabha. The Chief Minister also said that the situation will not improve with blue, green and red cards; only good education can change the future of our state.
In response to a media query, the Chief Minister said that teachers will be asked to do only teaching work. The census will be held in the coming days. In such a situation, the department will be written in advance that it will not give duty to teachers.
The Chief Minister said that topping the district is no small matter. You have become a topper because of your confidence. If your Education Minister and Chief Minister become friendly, then your morale increases. There is always someone who is a role model. We should also have some singers who have done something in the world, make them role models. Make them role models in the field in which they have excelled. If you want to enter politics, make good and honest people your role models.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Mann said that in the coming times, wealthy parents will be the ones whose children will get high-level education. Apart from this, children who excel in other fields due to their skills also deserve congratulations. Students should work hard and come forward without any jealousy or arrogance. The spirit of competition inspires students.
