Jalandhar - Sahitya Kala Aur Sachacharak Manch organized a literary event in collaboration with Central Punjabi Writers' Sabha Sekhon and launched the book 'Maa Boli Ka Suhird Putt Dr. Dalbir Singh Kathuria' written about Dr. Dalbir Singh Kathuria by Manjit Kaur Meet, Chairman of World Punjabi Sabha Canada. 
Prof. Sandhu Varyanvi, Public Secretary of Central Punjabi Writers' Sabha Sekhon, Dr. Surjit Singh Brar, Editor of Adara Lohmani, Public Secretary of Sahitya Kala Aur Sachacharak Manch, renowned poet Jagdish Rana said that Dr. Dalbir Singh Kathuria is increasing the pride of mother tongue Punjabi at the global level and is actually fulfilling his duties towards mother tongue Punjabi. 
Principal Navtej Garhdiwala and Indian President of Vishwa Punjabi Sabha Canada Lt. Balbir Kaur Raikoti said that like Dr. Dalbir Singh Kathuria, spending lakhs of rupees from his own pocket to organize programs in Canada, Europe and the eastern and western Punjab in the glory and concern of the mother tongue Punjabi is not a small task, it is a big and great task in itself.
President of the forum Dr. Kanwal Bhalla, Prof. Akvir Kaur and Savinder Sandhu, who went on a foreign tour, said that it is a matter of pride for the forum to present such a book to the public. On this occasion, besides others, Bhagwant Rasulpuri, Sarabjit Singh Sandhu, Charanjit Samalsar, Gurdeep Singh Saini and Lt.
