Hoshiarpur- As per the instructions of the Punjab Government, a special operation has been launched to arrest the bad elements. Under which, under the guidance of the directions given by Mr. Sandeep Kumar Malik IPS Senior Superintendent of Police Hoshiarpur, under the guidance of Mr. Jaspreet Singh PPS Deputy Superintendent of Police S.D. Garhshankar, under the supervision of SI Parvinderjitpal Singh Chief Officer Police Station Mahilpur, on 25.05.2025, a police party including ASI Gurnek Singh was present at the nearby bus stand in village Khera.
 when a small person was seen coming on foot from the front, who got scared after seeing the police party coming in front and entered the shed room of the bus stand and sat down. 
Without suspecting him, he was arrested and asked for his name and address, who gave his name as Sandeep Kumar alias Seepa, son of late Gurmail Ram, resident of Khera. Rawalbasi Police Station, District Hoshiarpur, informed that upon searching, the above 29 loose orange colored narcotic pills were recovered from Sandeep Kumar. A case has been registered against him. Further interrogation is being conducted from him.
