Hoshiarpur- In Hoshiarpur, Sindoor Swabhiman Yatra was taken out by Nari Chetna Manch. About 300 women and young girls from various organizations and schools participated enthusiastically in this yatra. The yatra started from Ambedkar Chowk bus stand and ended at Bhagwan Valmiki Chowk vegetable market.

At the beginning of the program, Women Coordination Coordinator Mrs. Amita Sharma addressed all the women. Sadhvi Shankar Preeta Bharti Ji of Divya Jyoti Jagriti Sansthan participated as the main speaker and filled the enthusiasm of all the women.
At the end of the tour, tributes were paid to the martyred soldiers and Lieutenant General Jasbir Singh Dhillon shared his experiences with everyone. It was a proud moment for the women present when Dhillon Sahib told that five members of his family are serving in the Indian Army.
He praised the invincible courage of the Indian Army and called it the most disciplined army in the world. His wife Mrs. Gursharan Kaur, Major Yashpal Singh and Captain Ramesh Chandra Thakur graced the visit with their presence. Mrs. Sonu Sharma and Mrs. Jyoti Sharma of the Women Coordination Team presented him with mementos. Finally, Mrs. Pooja Vashisht thanked everyone.
Mrs. Meenu Sethi, Mrs. Rakesh Sood, Mrs. Babita Thakur, Mrs. Shelly Sharma, Usha Didi, Laxmi Didi and Mrs. Archana Jain were mainly present from different organizations in this visit. RSS Sanghchalak Hon'ble Ashok Chopra Ji and District Karyawar Shri Rajwinder Thakur Ji were present the entire time and boosted the morale of all the sisters.
