Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, 04 November 2024: The license of Outland Expert Consultancy firm has been canceled by Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke in exercise of powers under Section 6 (1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012. . According to Additional District Magistrate Outland Expert Consultancy Firm Show Room No: 84/5; ground floor; Village Shahi Majra; Phase-5, Mohali; Shivcharan Sharma, owner of District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar; son Jeet Ram; Resident Street No: 58; Balraj Nagar Bathinda; District Banthinda; Hall resident Flat No: 404-C; C-8 Poorva Apartments Sector-88; Mohali; License No: 318/IC for consultancy work to District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar; was issued on 01.07.2019, which has expired on 30.06.2024.
 Additional Deputy Commissioner said that according to the report of Tehsildar Mohali, due to the closure of the office; Registered letter of residential address and office address received undelivered; For not submitting the monthly report; By not renewing the license; and for not sending information regarding advertisements; and by not complying with the terms of the licence; Due to non-response/clarification of notice; Violation has been committed by the firm and the licensee under the provisions of Section 6(1)(e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012.
 Therefore in view of the said facts in exercise of the powers vested under the provisions of Section 6(1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012; License No. 318/IC issued to Outland Expert Consultancy Firm; Dated 01.07.2019 has been revoked/cancelled with immediate effect.
 Apart from this, according to the Act/Rules, if any complaint etc. is received against the said company/firm/partnership or its licensees/directors/partners of the firm, then the said company/directors/partners/licensees will be responsible in all respects. And will also be responsible for compensating it.
