Patiala, June 8 – Additional District Magistrate Madam Kanchan, using the powers conferred under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, within the limits of District Patiala, without prior approval from the Additional Director General of Police Traffic, Punjab, Chandigarh, has imposed red, blue, and yellow lights on the vehicles. has issued orders banning lights and putting black film on mirrors.
Apart from this, the Additional District Magistrate has also issued a prohibition order regarding the sale of black film, blue lights, red lights and amber lights by any shopkeeper in the district and applying black film on the windows of vehicles. These orders will remain in force till August 5.
