Giving more information, yoga trainer Alisha Kundal said that she starts her first class at Phase-11 (Sector 65 Park) from 6 AM to 7 AM.
The second class is held from 7.05 AM to 8.05 AM at Commando Complex in Phase-11.
3rd Class is held at Sports Complex Phase-11 from 4 PM to 5 PM.
4th Class at Lakshmi Narayan Mandir Phase-11 from 5.05 pm to 6.05 pm and
The fifth class is conducted at Sector-66, Ambika Law Tracyion, Mohali from 8.20 to 9.20 pm, which people are taking full advantage of.
He said that at least 25 people participate in each session and coaches are there to guide the participants in the eligible sessions. Who have been given a target of five sessions (yoga class) per coach daily.
