Una, May 20:— In observance of International Yoga Day 2026, the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, is organizing various activities across the country with the objective of promoting health awareness and regular yoga practice. In line with this initiative, a 100-day program of free live yoga sessions has been launched under the 'Yoga 365' campaign.
Providing details on the matter, a spokesperson for the Department of Information and Public Relations stated that the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, in collaboration with Habuild Tech Pvt. Ltd., has undertaken an initiative to conduct free live yoga sessions nationwide for a period of 100 days. The aim of this special campaign is to inspire the general public to adopt a healthy lifestyle and incorporate yoga into their daily routines.
The spokesperson further informed that this campaign will culminate in a large-scale online yoga event organized prior to International Yoga Day 2026—an event during which an attempt will also be made to set a world record. This event is scheduled to be held on May 27.
An appeal has been made to all departmental employees, their family members, and the general public to participate enthusiastically in this public-welfare initiative.
