Chandigarh, July 20:- Haryana Health Minister Aarti Singh Rao said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini, the state government is continuously realizing its resolve to provide quality and affordable health services to every citizen. In this series, implementing the announcement made by the Chief Minister in the budget for the year 2026-27, administrative approval has been given to upgrade three health sub-centers of Nuh district as Primary Health Centers.
Health Minister Aarti Singh Rao said that the health sub-centers that will be upgraded to Primary Health Centers include Luhinga Kalan, Chandeni and Shah Chokha. With the development of these centers as Primary Health Centers, thousands of rural citizens in the vicinity will have access to better medical facilities in their own area and their dependence on distant hospitals for treatment will be reduced.
He said that the government has made a detailed assessment of the land, building, human resources, medical equipment and other basic facilities required for these three projects. After the construction of the primary health center, health services like treatment of common diseases, mother and child health services, vaccination, delivery related facilities, essential check-ups and availability of medicines will be made available here more effectively.
Aarti Singh Rao said that these projects will not only improve the quality of health services, but also help in the prevention and treatment of serious diseases by providing timely medical facilities to the rural families of Mewat region. This will further strengthen the health system of the region and the common citizens will get the benefit of better health facilities near their homes.
He said that the aim of the Haryana government is to provide quality health services to every village and every family of the state. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini, the state government is continuously working to strengthen the health infrastructure, expand modern medical facilities and ensure access to health services to the last line. The upgradation of these three health sub-centers in Nuh district into primary health centers is an important step in this direction.
