Patiala:- More than 80% of the deaths of children, youth and citizens are due to sudden accidents, disasters, accidents, heart attacks, cardiac arrest, fainting, fires, gases, electricity and petroleum incidents, so we should get training and knowledge from subject experts for our safety, support, health, well-being, respect, progress and happiness. Rules, laws, principles and duties should always be followed.
These views were expressed at Government Senior Secondary Smart School Civil Lines Patiala by Shri Kaka Ram Verma, Retired Training Supervisor Red Cross Society, ASI Ram Saran of Punjab Police Traffic Education Cell and former police officer Gurjap Singh while distributing prizes to the winning students of the training program and competitions organized by them.
Principal Mrs. Seema Uppal and Mr. Ram Lal Goyal Vice Principal expressed their gratitude and said that all of us have built houses, vehicles, buildings, but due to lack of training and practice in their safety, accidents, preventing accidents and rescuing during emergencies, more deaths and disabilities are happening.
They said that for the last 45 years, Mr. Kaka Ram Verma has been providing training in disaster management, civil defense, first aid, fire safety to students free of cost with a selfless spirit, which proves to be very useful for safety and helping the victims during crises.
In many countries, efforts are being made to kill humanity through deadly missiles, drones and bombs during wars. Therefore, for their own safety and to help the victims, every youth and citizen should be ready to help the victims like helpful angels.
