Hoshiarpur:- The third day of the Shri Ram Katha Mahautsav organized by Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan was filled with devotion and emotions. The main attraction of the day was the Shri Ram-Vivah Parsang, in which the sacred marriage of Lord Shri Ram and Mata Sita was staged. Chants of “Jai Shri Ram” echoed everywhere and the devotees became emotional after witnessing this divine leela. The tableau of the swayamvar of Ram-Sita on the stage made everyone’s hearts devotional.
Katha Vyas Sadhvi Manaswini Bharti Ji, while explaining the deep spiritual meaning of the Ram-Vivah context, said that – “Shri Ram Vivah is not just a worldly marriage, but a symbol of religion, decency and sacrifice. It gives us the message of balance of love, patience and duty in life.”
The devotees participated in Bhajans, Kirtans and Ram Naam Sankirtan together. When the collective singing of “Sitaram Jai Jai Sitaram” took place amidst the supernatural decorations, lighting of lamps and shower of flowers, then the entire atmosphere vibrated with divinity and joy.
The Katha was especially attended by Sadhvi Shankarpreeta Bharti Ji, Sadhvi Rajwant Bharti Ji, Sadhvi Anjali Bharti Ji, Sadhvi Rane Bharti Ji, Sadhvi Renu Bharti Ji, Sushil Kumar Pinki (former Sarpanch), Kiran Dogra (Pradhan Hindu Takht), Goldie (Sarpanch Fatehgarh), Dr. Dhruv, Rajesh Thakur, Inderpal, Arun Sharma, Dinesh, Surjit Thakur, Banwari Lal, Kuldeep Chatru, Surinder Puri, Daksh (District Coordinator Student Wing), Ashok Sabharwal, Ashok, Vinayak, Arun Sharma, Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mandir Committee, Shri Sheetla Mata Mandir, Kirtan Mandali Dhusdaka, Navyug Ramlila Dussehra Committee, Shri Rama Drama Tik Ramlila Committee and a large number of devotees.
The story concluded with a feast of food and langar, in which a large number of people participated.
