Hansi: At the Samadhan Shivir (Grievance Redressal Camp) organized at the District Secretariat complex, Tehsildar Anil Kumar Bidhan listened to the problems and grievances of citizens with seriousness and directed officers of the concerned departments to ensure a swift and effective resolution for every issue. He stated that the time-bound disposal of public problems is a priority for the administration, and the purpose of these camps is to provide citizens with the facility to resolve issues related to all departments under one roof.
During the camp, Pradeep Kumar, a resident of village Dhani Pirawali, raised the issue of leakage in the pipeline laid for the village waterworks. Taking cognizance of the complaint, the Tehsildar directed the Public Health Engineering Department officials to take immediate necessary action to repair the leakage, ensuring uninterrupted drinking water supply to the villagers.
Similarly, a complaint regarding the overflow of the sewerage line in the HSVP Sector-6 area was also presented at the camp. Tehsildar Anil Kumar Bidhan directed the officials of the concerned department to inspect the site, resolve the problem quickly, and provide relief to the area residents.
On the complaint regarding the poles in the village Banda Heri sports stadium becoming crooked due to a storm, the Tehsildar instructed the Sports Department officials to take necessary action. He said that keeping in mind the safety of players and the general public, the crooked poles should be straightened and secured as soon as possible.
Additionally, a complaint regarding a crooked electricity transformer pole in village Bhatla was also raised at the camp. On this, the Tehsildar directed the officials of the concerned department to inspect the site, get the pole fixed, and eliminate the possibility of any potential accidents.
Tehsildar Anil Kumar Bidhan told the officials to ensure that the complaints received at the Samadhan Shivir are resolved within the stipulated time frame and that the complainants are informed about the action taken. He reiterated that the administration is committed to resolving the problems of the public, and no negligence will be tolerated in matters related to the facilities of citizens.
