Hoshiarpur: The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) is fully committed to the development of Hoshiarpur. Sanjeev Talwar, the party's constituency in-charge, expressed these sentiments during a special meeting held with party candidates.
Addressing the meeting, Sanjeev Talwar stated that although the public has given its mandate in favor of the Aam Aadmi Party, the Shiromani Akali Dal will extend its full cooperation for development works in Hoshiarpur. He emphasized that the Akali Dal has always championed peace, brotherhood, and harmony in Punjab and will continue to safeguard these values ??in the future. Talwar instructed candidates who contested under the 'Scales' (Takri) symbol to step forward and assist the needy in their respective wards and to intensify efforts to complete stalled development projects.
Speaking on the occasion, Jatinder Singh Lali Bajwa, the Urban President of the Shiromani Akali Dal (Hoshiarpur District), noted that the party is renowned for the politics of development. He assured that the party would provide full support for the Municipal Corporation's development initiatives and pledged that all candidates who entered the electoral fray would be accorded due respect within the party.
