Hoshiarpur- In an expansion of the organizational structure of Shiromani Akali Dal, the party high command has appointed former Deputy Mayor Sardar Prem Singh Pipla Wala as the President of Scheduled Caste (SC) Wing of District Hoshiarpur. This appointment was made by Sardar Gulzar Singh Ranike, President of SC Wing Punjab, with the consent of Shiromani Akali Dal President Sardar Sukhbir Singh Badal.
Warmly welcoming this appointment, Shiromani Akali Dal National Vice President Sanjeev Talwar congratulated Prem Singh Pipla Wala. He said that Sardar Prem Singh has always been at the forefront and contributed to the progress of the party. Under his leadership, the base of Akali Dal in District Hoshiarpur will be further strengthened.
Talwar expressed confidence that the party would benefit greatly from Prem Singh's long political experience in the upcoming assembly elections.
