Haroli/Una, June 8 (Rajveer Chopra): A 'Shabeel' was set up by Gyani Baba Ji in Singa with the aim of providing relief to passersby and the general public amidst the intense heat. During the event, a spirit of service was demonstrated by distributing cold, sweet water and *sharbat* (sweetened beverage) to travelers.
Members who actively participated in the event included Pradhan Dr. Ashok Kumar, Up-Pradhan Raj Kumar Kataria, Jeevan Kumar, Inderjit Nangal, Sanju, Yogesh, Sunny Bangar, Amrik, Rohit, Kalu, Kartik, Avtar Chand, Maninder Raikot, Vansh Bangar, Sahir Bangar, Fauji Jasan, Gurvinder, Sumit, Sanju Driver, Lal Singh, Dharmpal (Secretary), Sneh (Secretary), and Satpal Singh.
The organizers stated that serving people during the summer season is a supreme act of virtue. A large number of passersby, motorists, and local residents availed themselves of the cold beverages provided at the stall and appreciated the initiative.
