Sangrur, 22 May- The Aam Aadmi Party received a major political boost in Lehragaga when Parveen Kumar Tinka, grandson of the town's renowned late commission agent Ram Nath Jaloor Wale, impressed by the comprehensive development works being carried out for the constituency by Cabinet Minister Advocate Barinder Goyal under the leadership of Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, announced his decision to join the Aam Aadmi Party under the leadership of Minister Goyal along with his entire family and hundreds of supporters.
Attending an impressive event organized by Parveen Kumar Tinka in Ward Number 5, Minister Goyal, along with Municipal Council President Mrs. Kanta Goyal, honored the individuals joining "AAP" and stated that the Aam Aadmi Party is the people's own party, where every volunteer, big or small, is given full respect by the party. Highlighting the development and pro-people works done by the "AAP" government, he said that the AAP government has created a new history by waiving 600 units of electricity for every section of society.
He stated that the opposition parties do not have any agenda for the development or prosperity of Punjab; instead, the opposition parties want to achieve power by making people fight in the name of religion and caste. However, the wise voters of Punjab will not entertain these communal parties.
He further added that the central BJP government has already been discriminating against Punjab in terms of funds, but now, dreaming of capturing power in Punjab, it wants to spread anarchy in Punjab by misusing the ED. People leaving various parties to join the Aam Aadmi Party proves that the public is completely happy and satisfied with the policies of the "AAP" government.
Giving government jobs to more than 60,000 unemployed youths, ensuring canal water reaches every field, making the state corruption and drug-free, making revolutionary changes in the health and education sectors, and framing strict laws against those committing sacrilege of Guru Granth Sahib Ji are historic achievements of the Aam Aadmi Party, which will be written in the golden pages of history. He said that various states of the country are adopting the Punjab model of the Aam Aadmi Party. Addressing the journalists, Minister Goyal stated that the entire Punjab stands with the Aam Aadmi Party today.
On the other hand, Dalip Kumar Deepu, Parveen Kumar Tinka, Dharamveer Garg, Prem Garg, Advocate Ashok Garg, Rajinder Kumar Dolu, Neha Garg, Ram Kumar, Veena Rani, Rajat Garg, Shubham Garg, and others who joined the Aam Aadmi Party along with their supporters stated that they are completely happy and satisfied with the policies of the government and the development works being carried out for the Lehra constituency by Cabinet Minister Advocate Barinder Goyal. They added that they will leave no stone unturned to take the policies of the Aam Aadmi Party to every household for the 2027 elections.
On this occasion, Minister Goyal's OSD Rakesh Kumar Gupta Vicky, former Truck Union President Darbara Singh Happy, Purshotam Kumar from Lehal Kalan, Block President Ashwani Garg (Ashu Bhatthe Wale), Block President of Trade Wing Prince Garg, Youth Leader Ajay Kumar Tholi, along with a large number of party leaders and volunteers were present.
