Hansi: The annual festival of the All India Kali Raman Khap was held with great enthusiasm at the All India Kali Raman Khap Bhawan complex in Sisai village on Sunday. Rajya Sabha MP Subhash Barala attended the event as the chief guest. Khap head Karamveer Singh honored the chief guest, Rajya Sabha MP Subhash Barala, by placing a turban on him on behalf of the Khap.
In his address, Rajya Sabha MP Subhash Barala said that Khaps have always played an important role in the upliftment of society. Khaps have, from time to time, carried out many inspiring works to guide society in the right direction. He said that in the modern era, elders must share their life experiences with children to end the evils prevalent in society. Only when children learn to distinguish between right and wrong from childhood is it possible to build a strong society.
The MP stated that in addition to providing children with higher education, it is also crucial to inculcate values ??in them. There should be no discrimination between sons and daughters. Daughters should receive the same education and opportunities as sons. He emphasized that alongside modernity, our rich traditions should also be preserved and promoted. He also announced a grant of ?11 lakh for the construction of a gate in Sisai village.
In his address at the event, BJP District President Ashok Saini stated that Khaps have been powerful vehicles for social unity, brotherhood, and traditions. He stated that Khaps send positive messages to society and inspire the new generation to connect with their culture and values. The BJP District President stated that for the overall development of society, promoting a mindset based on education, values, and equality is the need of the hour.
