Hoshiarpur:- MLA Brahm Shankar Jimpa formally kicked off the work of installing a new tubewell in Sri Guru Ravidas Nagar Adamwal. On this occasion, he stated that the Punjab Government, led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, is carrying out equal development works in every region of the state, and wherever people need basic amenities, works are being executed on a priority basis.
MLA Jimpa mentioned that for providing the land and other cooperation for the tubewell, under the leadership of Sarpanch Kulwinder Kaur, village residents Balkar Singh, Nirmala Devi, Amandeep Singh, and Desraj played a crucial role. They played a significant role in providing land and other assistance for the tubewell.
He added that the people of the Adamwal area had been demanding clean drinking water for a long time, which is now being fulfilled. He said that with the commissioning of this tubewell, the residents of the area would get huge relief and there would be a permanent solution to the water problem. He directed the officials to complete the work in a qualitative manner within the stipulated time frame so that the people could benefit from it at the earliest.
He also said that the Punjab Government is serious about the problem of drainage of dirty water in the village, and necessary steps will be taken soon to find a permanent solution to it. MLA Jimpa stated that the government is continuously striving for the development of villages and cities, and the problems of the people are being resolved on a priority basis.
