Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, December 22, 2025:- Jerseys and shoes were distributed to about 400 school children at Government Senior Secondary School Gobindgarh Mohali on behalf of Lions Club Panchkula Premium. On this occasion, MLA Mohali Kulwant Singh participated in social service works with great enthusiasm and while talking to the media, he said that Lions Club Panchkula Premier has been actively participating in social service works even before this and today jerseys and shoes have been distributed to save about 400 students from winter, which is a good initiative.
With this effort of Lions Club Panchkula Premier, other social service organizations also get inspiration and in this way warm clothes will be distributed to the students of other schools to provide relief from the winter season. MLA Kulwant Singh said that the government alone can never do anything unless the people and social service organizations of the state come forward and understand their responsibility and when these three parties come together, I do not think that any work can remain incomplete.
He said that I appeal to everyone that everyone should work together to improve the social environment and help the needy. He said that on behalf of this club, this work of social service will be continued in many other schools in the coming days. MLA Kulwant Singh said that if representatives of other social service organizations and people take the lead and take their responsibility and become a source of inspiration for other social service organizations, then only this can be good for the society in the true sense.
He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Aam Aadmi Party government has completed the necessary infrastructure in government schools to raise the level of education. There, teachers and other related staff have also been recruited in large numbers. He said that I thank the entire team members of the club, who have distributed jerseys and shoes to the students of this school.
