New Delhi, February 7:- Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India is focusing on strengthening defense and security ties with Malaysia as well as expanding economic and cutting-edge technology partnerships. Mr. Modi said this before leaving for his two-day visit to the Southeast Asian country Malaysia.
Ahead of this visit, the Prime Minister said, ‘India-Malaysia relations have been strengthening in recent years. He is excited about the discussions with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim and further enhancing the Comprehensive Strategic Alliance between the two countries.
Prime Minister Modi said that the main objective of this visit will be to strengthen defense and security ties, take economic partnership to new heights and explore new areas of cooperation. This visit is also expected to open new avenues in the field of technology and investment between the two countries.
