Hansi:– On the occasion of the first day of Shravan month, Agrawal Vaishya Samaj, Hansi organized a plantation program under the Government of India's 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' campaign in the premises of Sanatan Dharma Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Hansi. The program was organized on the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi by Agrawal Vaishya Samaj, Hansi under the chairmanship of Assembly Speaker Deepak Mittal (Pede Wale).
Chief Guest Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) Rajesh Koth said in his address that trees are such a priceless gift of nature, which themselves absorb carbon dioxide and provide life-giving oxygen essential for human life. He called upon all citizens to plant more and more trees and take a pledge to protect them.
Deepak Mittal, who presided over the program, said that from birth to death of a human being, trees have a very important contribution in our life. Therefore, every person should plant trees for environmental protection and also take regular care of them.
City Police Station In-charge Sadanand Vats and Sadar Police Station In-charge Sukhjit Singh said that every person must plant at least one sapling in his life and take care of it till it becomes a tree. This will not only protect the environment but also provide a clean and healthy environment to the coming generations.
On this occasion, patron of the organization Satpal Bansal (Khande Wale), Suresh Bansal (Debu Wale), District President Mithun Bansal, Vice President Arun Arya, Secretary Ashwani Khande Wala, Joint Secretary Praveen Singla, Organization Minister Gaurav Bansal and Sachin Jain, Co-Treasurer Munish Jain, Youth President Vishal Mittal Advocate, Rajesh Bansal Mundhalia, Deepak Mittal Pansari, Principal Suresh Gupta, Prof. Dr. Geeta Dahiya, NSS students, college staff and many dignitaries were present.
