Una, February 28: The Scheduled Castes Department of the Indian National Congress has made several important appointments as part of a comprehensive organizational expansion at the Una District level. The meeting was held on Saturday at the Savings Building, Una, where new executive committees were formed at the district and block levels. These appointments are considered a significant step towards strengthening the organization at the grassroots level.
The Scheduled Castes Department was led by National Coordinator Karmaveer Baudh and under the guidance of former Himachal Pradesh Senior Vice President Jeevan Kumar. Valram Mahen was unanimously appointed District President of the Una District Scheduled Castes Department. His appointment is being seen as a new energy and strong leadership within the organization.
According to the list released, Subhash, a resident of Jakhera, has been appointed Block President of Block Una. Gurpal Kalsi has been given the responsibility of Block Kutlehd. Balveer Kumar of Jaichand from the Gondpur area of ??Block Haroli, Jagdish Ram from Block Chintpurni, Bachan Chand Patel, and Kashmiri Lal Shuti have been included in the district executive.
At the district level, Nav Bains Golu has been elected as the District Vice President. Additionally, Lekhraj Bharti and Tarsem Lal Sahota have been included in the State Executive. Further strengthening the organizational structure, Monika has been appointed as the Media Incharge for District Una, while Jagat Ram Kamret has been appointed as the Chief Advisor and Baby Rani has been given the responsibility of District Vice President.
