Hoshiarpur, July 25, 2026:- Further strengthening the 'Sikhya Kranti' campaign of the Punjab Government, MLA Brahm Shankar Jimpa distributed school bags to girl students of class XI and XII during a function organized at Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Railway Mandi. On this occasion, he motivated the girl students to remain dedicated towards education and study with full dedication and hard work for their bright future.
MLA Brahm Shankar Jimpa said that providing necessary educational facilities to the students is one of the top priorities of the Punjab Government. He said that initiatives like distributing school bags not only encourage the students but also strengthen their self-confidence. The aim of the government is to ensure that the education of no student is affected due to lack of resources.
He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government has made historic reforms in the field of education. Under the Education Revolution, the infrastructure of government schools has been modernized. Smart classrooms, better furniture, clean environment and modern facilities have been made available in the schools. Along with this, special attention is being paid to the training of teachers, all-round development of students and quality education. MLA Jimpa said that the confidence of parents has also been strengthened due to the continuously increasing facilities and better educational environment in government schools. As a result, a large number of students are taking admission in government schools. He expressed confidence that the benefits of the education reforms of the Punjab government will be seen more in the coming years and the students of the state will prove their talent at the national and international levels.
