Kharar, October 7 - The Patient Welfare Committee, constituted by the Kharar Sub-Divisional Hospital on government orders, met under the chairmanship of Chairperson-cum-Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kharar, Divya PIAS, and introduced the committee members, as this was the committee's first meeting. The SDM stated that it is the committee's duty to inform the public about the Aabha App so that patients do not face any difficulties in seeking treatment at the hospital.
Dr. Rajesh Kumar, Senior Medical Officer-cum-Member Secretary, in-charge of Kharar Sub-Divisional Hospital, and Dr. Kalpana, Nodal Officer, briefed the Chairperson on the welfare of patients who come to the hospital daily for treatment and on the Aabha App.
Patients coming to the hospital should bring their Aadhar card with them which has their mobile number linked to it so that they do not have to stand in lines to get a prescription. Their treatment history will also be recorded in the Aabha App and they will not have to stand in lines to get a prescription and through the Aabha App the entire treatment history of the patients will be recorded in the App and there will be no problem while getting the examination done from the concerned doctor.
Dr Sukhjeet Kaur Homeopathic Officer Kharar, Pankaj Rana Fire Officer Municipal Council Kharar, Gurmukh Singh Mann Director Lions Club Kharar City, Gurmeet Singh former Principal, Shashipal Jain, Jagdeep Singh AAE Powercom City-2 Kharar and other members of the committee were present in the meeting.
