Patiala:- SSP Patiala Varun Sharma released the posters of the 5 km run under the campaign against drugs being organized under the leadership of Upkar Singh, President of Gyan Jyoti Education Society, a renowned social service organization of Patiala district. On this occasion, Inspector Avtar Singh Reader SSP Patiala, Governor Awardee Jatwinder Grewal Member Drug-Free India Abhiyan, State Awardee Parminder Bhalwan Member Drug-Free India Abhiyan, Raj Kumar Pintu participated in a special way.
On this occasion, SSP Patiala Varun Sharma said that Patiala Police will extend maximum support in the 5 km run being organized by Gyan Jyoti Education Society against drugs. He said that only sports can create a healthy society. Therefore, the youth should take more interest in sports. With this, they can also stay away from drugs.
On this occasion, Upkar Singh, President of Gyan Jyoti Education Society, said that the winners of the 5 km race being organized against drugs will be honored with cash prizes. And all the participants will be honored with medals, certificates, T-shirts and refreshments will also be given to all the players.
