Ambala, May 31:- Haryana Energy, Transport and Labour Minister Anil Vij said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's "Mann Ki Baat" program is very inspiring, which unites the entire country. Through this program, the Prime Minister shares information with the public about the inspiring work and remarkable achievements being done across the country.
Vij was talking to the media after listening and watching Prime Minister Narendra Modi's famous program "Mann Ki Baat" at Rajesh Sharma's Hotel Swagat in Sadar Bazar, Ambala Cantonment today.
He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done the work of connecting the entire country through "Mann Ki Baat". This program is giving national recognition to the courage and contribution of inspiring work being done in various fields, people who have set new records and unsung heroes.
Vij said that the Prime Minister interacts directly with the country every month through "Mann Ki Baat", sharing information about achievements and positive efforts in various fields. He said that during today's program, the Prime Minister spoke to the outstanding athletes Gurvinder Singh and Anvesh over the phone, appreciated their sporting achievements and encouraged them. Both the athletes have brought glory to the country with their talent and positive thinking. He congratulated them on their selection for the Commonwealth Games and wished them a bright future. Vij said that their achievements will act as a source of inspiration for other athletes, encouraging them to pursue their sport with positive energy.
The Energy Minister said that the Prime Minister also shared important information on how to stay safe during the scorching heat. Emphasizing the use of indigenous beverages, he said that lassi, aam panna and other traditional mango-based beverages are easily available in the country. We should give priority to our traditional and nutritious drinks.
Vij said that the topic of astronomy was also discussed during the program. He said that India's science and knowledge of astronomy is very ancient and rich. Through this, various activities taking place in the universe can be understood. Today's young generation is promoting this knowledge by forming small science clubs and spreading scientific awareness in the society.
He said that the Prime Minister also shed light on important topics like environmental protection and water purification. For this, an example of a village has been given. On this occasion, Rajesh Sharma, Jaswant Jain, Kapil Vij, Anil Jain, Ravi Budhiraja, Harsh Bindra, Sanjeev Soni, Shailendra Khanna, Sanjeev Walia, BS Bindra and other BJP office bearers and dignitaries were present.
