Chandigarh, January 7:- The Haryana Government has decided to organize a mandatory training session for all departments, boards, corporations and authorities regarding the Haryana Contract Employees (Service Security) Web Portal. This online training will be organized on January 8 at 11.00 am through video conferencing.
According to a letter issued by the Chief Secretary's Office in this regard, this session is being organized with the objective of ensuring a common understanding of the procedures and functioning of the portal and resolving the problems faced by the applicants and Distribution Authorities (DDOs).
The state government has directed all departments, boards, corporations and authorities to ensure that the officers and employees dealing with the work related to the portal participate in this training session compulsorily. In addition, 2-3 eligible Group-C contract applicants from each department, board, corporation and authority may assist in the application process.
Video conferencing link and detailed instructions related to training will be shared separately through the web portal.
It is noteworthy that the Haryana Contract Employees (Service Security) web portal has been launched on December 25, 2025 to receive applications from eligible contract employees. The last date for submission of applications on this portal is January 31.
