Garhshankar, June 1:- Punjab Vidhan Sabha Deputy Speaker and Garhshankar MLA, S. Jai Krishan Singh Rouri, reiterated his commitment to public welfare by holding a special review meeting with Senior Medical Officers, aimed at further improving health services.
During the meeting, Deputy Speaker Rouri made it clear that providing timely, quality, and convenient health services to every citizen of the constituency is his top priority. While reviewing the performance of government hospitals, CHCs, PHCs, sub-centers, and Aam Aadmi Clinics in detail, he directed officials to ensure that patients receive treatment without any difficulty.
Reviewing the availability of doctors, stock of medicines, emergency services, lab facilities, maternal-child health programs, and vaccination campaigns, Rouri also instructed officials to maintain cleanliness, discipline, and to treat patients with a spirit of service.
He assured that every legitimate demand related to the health institutions of the Garhshankar constituency would be brought to the notice of the Punjab government and resolved on a priority basis. He stated that no compromise can be made on matters related to public health, and the government is committed to delivering quality health services to every citizen.
