Karnal, April 11: An eye check-up camp was organized at the Municipal Corporation office by the 'Centre for Sight at Saraswati Netralaya,' Model Town, Karnal. The camp was inaugurated by Mayor Renu Bala Gupta. On this occasion, the camp organizers welcomed Mayor Renu Bala Gupta by presenting her with a floral bouquet. During the camp, doctors examined approximately 150 sanitation workers and educated them on methods to maintain good eyesight, as well as on proper dietary habits.
Speaking on the occasion, the Mayor expressed her gratitude to the team from the Centre for Sight at Saraswati Netralaya, Model Town, Karnal, for organizing this camp. She emphasized the importance of organizing such camps periodically to ensure that the sanitation workers' eyes are regularly examined and that they continue to benefit from appropriate medication and timely medical advice.
Present at the eye check-up camp were the team from the Centre for Sight at Saraswati Netralaya—including Dr. Manisha, Dr. Salil Gupta, Marketing Manager Bhupinder Bisht, and Senior Marketing Executive Sunil Kumar Sharma—along with various officials and employees of the Municipal Corporation.
