Haryana/Hisar:- The program organized in Jind by Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi was broadcast live via LED at the Tagore Auditorium of the local Maharshi Dayanand University. The Prime Minister flagged off the country's first hydrogen train from Jind railway station and gifted development projects worth more than Rs 14,700 crore to the people of the state. In the district-level program organized at the local level, all the speakers expressed their gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and State Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini for this gift.
Haryana State Women's Commission Chairperson Usha Priyadarshi participated as the Chief Guest in the district-level program held at the local Tagore Auditorium. The ceremony was attended by many public representatives, including former Cooperative Minister Manish Grover, former Minister Krishnamurthy Hooda, BJP District President Ranbir Dhaka, Mayor Ramavatar Valmiki, District Council Chairperson Manju Hooda, State Secretary Renu Dabla, former Mayor Manmohan Goyal, and BJP leader Deepak Niwas Hooda. Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta and senior officers of the Police and district administration were also present.
In her address, the Chief Guest of the program and Chairperson of the Haryana State Women's Commission, Usha Priyadarshi, said that today is historic not only for Haryana but for the entire country. It is a matter of pride that the country's first hydrogen train was launched from Haryana under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. This is not just a train, but a major step towards a developed India, green energy, and modern India. Expressing her gratitude to the Prime Minister and Chief Minister Shri Nayab Singh Saini, she said that Haryana is continuously receiving the benefits of major development projects.
Usha Priyadarshi said that the State Women's Commission will work with full commitment for the safety, respect, and justice of women. No woman needs to endure injustice or harassment. She called upon women to fearlessly bring their complaints to the police and the Women's Commission and said that those who commit injustice against women will not be spared under any circumstances. She also clarified that the Commission will not protect false complaints and impartial justice will be ensured in every case.
Calling upon society to adopt respectful behavior towards women, Usha Priyadarshi said that an empowered woman is the foundation of an empowered family and an empowered nation. Under the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana, she handed over house keys to two beneficiaries, Kamlesh (wife of Ashok Kumar) and Kamlesh (wife of Suresh), residents of Kahnaur, and wished them well.
