Haryana/Hisar:- The Haryana State Budget 2026-27 was collectively read by party officials and workers at the BJP district office today under the leadership of former minister Dr. Kamal Gupta. District President Dr. Asha Khedar was specially present on the occasion. Before the event, everyone extended heartfelt greetings and best wishes to each other on the occasion of Holi, a major festival of Indian culture.
Reacting to the budget, Dr. Kamal Gupta said that this Haryana government budget embodies the spirit of "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas" and is public welfare-oriented and development-oriented for all sections of society. He said that special priority has been given to education, health, agriculture, energy, and the future of youth in this budget.
Dr. Gupta stated that the provision of ?30 crore for veterinary services and ?24 crore for a food laboratory in Hisar will give new impetus to the region's development. This will directly benefit farmers, livestock farmers, and the general public.
He said that the plan to open educational centers within every 10 kilometers in the state will provide better educational facilities to students in rural and remote areas. The announcement to make Hansi a modern district will ensure the overall development of the surrounding areas.
The establishment of a separate power corporation for farmers and the construction of new power plants will ensure adequate power supply, strengthening both agriculture and industry. Dr. Gupta described the budget's plan to train one lakh youth under the AI Mission as in line with future needs.
He said that dividing the schemes into four departments and prioritizing them, especially making separate provisions for the elderly and women, reflects the government's sensitive thinking.
District President Dr. Asha Khedar said on this occasion that the Haryana Budget 2026-27 is a historic budget that will give the state a new direction for development, employment, and prosperity, benefiting every section of society.
