Chandigarh, November 22 - Haryana's Minister of State for Sports, Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship and Law and Justice, Mr. Gaurav Gautam, today formally inaugurated the construction work of all the roads in the Radhesham Colony area of ??Palwal.
On this occasion, the Sports Minister said that all these roads will be constructed by the Municipal Council at a cost of about Rs. 2 crore 25 lakh.
He said that the state government is committed to providing basic facilities to the people. Better roads are the foundation of the development of any area and with the completion of these construction works, transportation in Radhesham Colony and nearby areas will be easy.
The Sports Minister said that continuous work is being done to make Palwal clean and beautiful. In every street, mohalla, colony, no matter how rough the road is, work is being done to make all of them paved. The government is continuously working on the lines of Sabka Saath-Sabka Vikas.
During the first year of the government, development works worth crores of rupees were carried out in the Palwal assembly constituency, mainly roads were included in these. Keeping this in mind, the government worked on improving the roads on priority basis so that people do not face any inconvenience in commuting.
He said that in the coming time, the work of promoting Palwal, the work of promoting youth in the fields, the work of building a stadium, metro, medical college is going on, due to which the image of Palwal will be visible on a different platform.
On this occasion, Yashpal, Chairman of the Municipal Council Palwal, and officials and honorable people from various departments were present.
