Nowadays, foot-and-mouth disease is rampant in cattle. For the prevention of which vaccines were also given. Still the disease is rampant. Either the medicine will not be effective or the method of vaccination is not correct. Veterinary hospitals are in cities, towns and villages.
But there is a shortage of doctors. Cattle farmers are spending thousands of rupees for the treatment of cattle. Livestock worth lakhs is going to the brink of death. The Punjab government should help these cattle farmers.
