Chandigarh, August 27:- Haryana Tourism Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma today distributed appointment letters to the newly selected candidates on 380 D-Group posts in the Tourism Department in Chandigarh. On this occasion, he congratulated the newly appointed employees and wished them a successful and bright future. On this occasion, the Tourism Minister also wished the people of the state on the holy festivals of Raksha Bandhan and Janmashtami.
The Tourism Minister said that a total of 397 D-Group posts were recruited in the Tourism Department, out of which appointment letters are being provided to about 380 candidates. He said that these posts include the posts of Sewadar, Kitchen Helper and Mali. Keeping in mind their convenience, efforts have been made to post women employees near their homes. Similarly, other newly recruited employees have also been given stations near their homes to the extent possible.
Dr. Arvind Sharma said that the Haryana Government under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini is providing employment opportunities to the youth under a transparent and merit-based recruitment policy. Under the government's policy, appointments are being made in government services to eligible youth without any expense, without any slip and through a transparent process. He said that the government's aim is to provide employment opportunities to the youth as well as ensure the availability of required human resources in government departments.
On this occasion, Haryana and Tourism Department Director Mr. Parth Gupta, Haryana Tourism Development Corporation General Manager Mr. Rajiv Prasad and other senior officials were present.
