Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, August 25:- District Red Cross, SAS Nagar under the able leadership of Smt. Komal Mittal, IAS. Deputy Commissioner-cum-President, as per the directions of Indian Red Cross, National Headquarters, New Delhi, St. John Ambulance organized a three-day First Aid Training Camp at Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Humayunpur, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, in which Indian Red Cross Trainer Lecturer Sandeep Singh trained the online registered employees and officers of this company to save precious lives during accidents, in which the trainees were told that First Aid is very necessary to save the lives of the injured and reduce their suffering during accidents.
Every citizen must have basic knowledge of first aid. They gave training to the trainees on CPR, artificial respiration, fainting, heart attack, epilepsy, stopping blood, supporting broken bones, burns and snake bites etc.
They told that CPR given during heart attacks proves to be very helpful in saving lives. The trainees were also told about maintaining good mental health along with health care. After the training, the examiner of National Headquarters, New Delhi came to the factory and took the test of the workers who received the training.
