Una, January 5- Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri listened to the grievances of the people of the area during a public interaction program held at the Business Promotion Center in Gondpur on Monday. He issued necessary instructions to the officers of the concerned departments for the quick and effective resolution of the complaints received.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that the state government is working with the spirit of public welfare, development, and service, and ensuring the timely resolution of the common man's problems is among the government's top priorities. He instructed the officers not to show any negligence in resolving public grievances and to ensure that action is taken with sensitivity and accountability in all cases.
He said that the focus of the state government's policies is on serving the villages, the poor, and the common people. Effectively implementing public welfare schemes on the ground and ensuring that their benefits reach the last person is the government's clear commitment.
The Deputy Chief Minister instructed the officers to take every complaint received during the public interaction seriously and ensure its timely resolution, so that development and basic amenities in rural areas can be further strengthened.
