Hansi: As part of the series of programs being organized to mark the International Day of Yoga, a district-level yoga practice program will be held at the auditorium of the SD Women's College in Hansi. Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment, Krishan Bedi, will participate as the chief guest. Additionally, MLA Vinod Bhayana, former Finance Minister Captain Abhimanyu, and BJP District President Ashok Saini will also be specially present at the event.
CTM Himanshu Chauhan stated that the district-level yoga practice program will begin at 6:30 AM. Officials and employees from various departments, representatives of social organizations, students from educational institutions, and a large number of citizens will participate in the program.
The CTM mentioned that duties have been assigned to officials and employees of various departments for the successful and systematic organization of the program. All concerned officers have been instructed to ensure that they discharge their responsibilities with full dedication, commitment, and punctuality so that the program can be conducted successfully.
He stated that the Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) has been appointed as the nodal department for the program. The nodal department is ensuring all necessary arrangements. Arrangements are being made for seating, drinking water, cleanliness, medical assistance, security, and traffic management, among other requirements.
CTM Himanshu Chauhan stated that students from various government and private schools will also participate in the program and perform collective yoga practice. Participants will be guided by yoga experts in various yogasanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques. The objective of the program is to make citizens aware of yoga and inspire them to adopt a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
The CTM appealed to all citizens of the district to participate in large numbers to make this campaign of taking yoga to the masses a success and to take a pledge for a healthy life.
