Patiala:- Chief Trainer of First Aid Safety Health Awareness Mission Shri Kaka Ram Verma is running awareness missions on a war footing to make students, teachers and citizens healthy, fit, safe and happy. To achieve this objective, he informed the NCC and Scout Guide students at Veer Haqiqat Rai Model Senior Secondary School, Patiala about dengue, malaria, diarrhea, cancer, heart attacks, cardiac arrest, fainting and first aid, CPR to be given on the spot.
He said that children are falling prey to these diseases and many children are admitted to hospitals and some children have also died. ASI Ram Saran of Punjab Police Traffic Education Cell said that by conducting training programs for the safety, cleanliness, hygiene, health, fitness and well-being of children and minors, full support is being given to the children to make them helpful angels for their families and parents at home.
Principal Mrs. Sarla Bhatnagar, NCC, Scout Guide Teachers Sachna Sharma, Coordinator Naresh thanked them and said that rather than treatment, diet, good diet, exercises, sports, sunlight, clean water and air etc. are very beneficial.
He said that only Mr. Kaka Ram Verma ji, retired Training Supervisor Red Cross Society is making commendable efforts to make Punjab Patiala safe, healthy and happy and a helpful angel for the victims.
