Chandigarh, October 28 - Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that the cultural heritage of the country has been strengthened under the presidency of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. To preserve this heritage, the government is preparing a project based on the Mahabharata theme in Jyotisar. Under this, Gita Sthal Jyotisar is being developed from a tourism perspective and made the most philosophical historical place in the world.
The Chief Minister was inspecting the Anubhav Kendra located at Jyotisar Tirath in Kurukshetra district on Tuesday. On this occasion, Heritage and Tourism Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma, Gita Manishi Swami Gyananand Maharaj and Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Rastogi were also present.
The Chief Minister inspected the reception room, the creation room of the Maha Kav, the ancient Mahabharata, the Kuru Vanshwali, the Gita Shloka, Krishna Bhumika, Dashava Avatar and other rooms in the experience center and gave necessary directions to the officials. He said that the tourists coming from the country and abroad will have a vivid view of the history of Kurukshetra at the Jyotisar Experience Center.
During this, the Principal Secretary of the Heritage and Tourism Department, Mrs. Kala Ramachandran, apprised the Chief Minister of the details of the experience center through a PPT presentation. The Chief Minister, while giving instructions, said that all the development works should be completed soon so that the tourists can see the history of Mahabharata and Kurukshetra at the Jyotisar Experience Center.
Shri Naib Singh Saini said that Lord Shri Krishna gave the teachings of the Gita from the holy land of Kurukshetra. Keeping in mind the history of this holy land, the government is carrying out development works in Jyotisar at a fast pace. Therefore, the concerned authorities should complete the development works on time.
