Ambala, May 4:- Bharat Vikas Parishad Maharishi Dayanand Branch, Ambala city organized a swearing-in ceremony for the new office bearers at a private hotel yesterday evening. The program was presided over by State Vice President Manish Malik, and Deepak Rai Anand National Activity Coordinator (Service) and Co-Patron of the branch participated in it.
The Moderator of the event, Secretary Ankur Goyal, presented a brief report of the work done during the last year and thanked everyone for their cooperation.
State Vice President Manish Malik administered the oath to the new team elected for the year, Samvat 2083 and handed over the responsibilities. Those who took the oath included Chaman Lal Agarwal President, Ankur Goyal Secretary, Amit Channa Finance Secretary, Manju Agarwal and Meenakshi Abbott Women Coordinators and Krishna Gulhati, Manoj Garg and Shailendra Arora Coordinators. Manish Malik honored the previous team with a memento for their excellent work.
The "Aman Rawal Award" given in the field of service in memory of the former branch president late Aman Rawal was presented to Rajiv Agarwal.
President Chaman Agarwal informed about the plan for the service year 2083 (Desi) and appealed to everyone for cooperation as before. On this occasion, four new members of the council, Sumit Jain, Rohit Saini, Nishit Mittal and Dr. Vikas Kohli, were administered the oath of membership. Poonam Rawal was honored with a shawl.
