Hisar, March 8: Haryana's Public Works and Public Health Engineering Minister, Ranbir Gangwa, listened to people's grievances on Sunday and provided necessary guidance to the concerned officials for their prompt resolution. A large number of citizens from various villages and towns in the region arrived with their problems and demands.
Minister Ranbir Gangwa listened to everyone's grievances seriously and issued necessary instructions to the officials of the concerned departments on the spot, stressing that there should be no laxity in resolving public issues. He directed officials to resolve every complaint in a timely and transparent manner so that the public does not face any difficulties.
On this occasion, people raised issues related to various issues, including roads, electricity, social security pensions, family identity cards, development works, and municipal bodies, before the Minister. Most of the issues were resolved on the spot, and the remaining issues were addressed by the concerned departments on priority.
Cabinet Minister Ranbir Gangwa stated that the state government, under the leadership of the Chief Minister, is fully committed to addressing the public's problems. The government's objective is to provide better infrastructure and accelerate development efforts. He emphasized that public service is the government's top priority, and ensuring prompt resolution of public problems is the administration's responsibility.
He also directed officials to regularly visit the area and listen to people's problems on the spot, ensuring their prompt resolution. He stated that the government wants the public to avoid frequent visits to government offices and to have their problems resolved in a simple and transparent manner.
Officials from various departments, public representatives, and prominent figures from the area were also present on the occasion.
