Sunam, July 6:- The internal misunderstandings and ongoing dispute over the presidency within the Property Dealer Association, Sunam, were resolved today in a very cordial atmosphere in the presence of all parties by Cabinet Minister Sh. Aman Arora. Both factions of the association have decided to come together to maintain fraternal harmony.
Speaking on this occasion, Sh. Aman Arora stated that there should be no factionalism due to politics or elections in commercial, social, or religious organizations. A situation had arisen where two presidents were appointed due to some misunderstandings, but both factions (led by Rinku and Raju), along with their supporters, came together and reached a consensus to keep the entire association united like a family.
For the betterment of the association and to ensure smooth operations, the presidency has been divided for the next two years. Under this arrangement, Sh. Rinku will serve as the President of the association for the first year, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Following this, the reins of the presidency will be handed over to Sh. Raju from July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2028.
After the completion of this two-year term, all members of the association (House) will take the next decision by mutual consent.
Sh. Arora said, "Instead of running a dictatorship from home like previous governments, our effort has always been to resolve the internal differences of every organization by sitting together without any conflict or elections. Only if everyone works in unity will the business of traders flourish."
Following this decision, supporters of both factions expressed their joy by garlanding each other and sharing sweets, pledging to work together for the betterment of the association.
